It has become necessary to perform mandatory upgrades on our core systems databases. This will, unfortunately, cause intermittent downtime of the affected systems.
The upgrade will cause complete unavailability in Booking and Availability calls in both Nexus, API, and DirectConnect. The websites themselves as well as all non-pricing and booking calls will continue to succeed. The window is scheduled assuming that everything will go wrong but could be as brief as 15 mins.
Update: Start time schedule has changed by an hour owing to a voucher generation process that is taking longer to run that expected.
