During the hours listed above credit card processing failed for both our Websites and DirectConnect panel. The failure occurred in a way that did not trip any of our standard monitoring alarms. Once reported by our amazing reservations department the issue was diagnosed and repaired in a matter of minutes. A full post mortem of the incident and a procedure review will follow to prevent any reoccurrence of this particular issue.
